फ़िलाडेल्फ़िया कॉलर या सर्वाइकल इम्मोबिलाइज़र (गर्दन का स्थिरिकारक) का उपयोग रीढ़ की हड्डी की चोट (SCI) के बाद गर्दन और सिर को सही स्थिति में रखने के लिए किया जाता है। इससे रीढ़ की हड्डी और अस्थिबंधनों को ठीक होने का समय मिल जाता है। इससे गर्दन की मांसपेशियों को भी सहारा मिलता है।
